This East facing lake front lot features an oversized pad with a stunning covered patio to keep you out of our sizzlin’ summer sun! A pull down screen on the West side of the covered patio is also available to add shade. Keeping cool under the patio you will enjoy your outdoor dining experience at the kitchen island with a green egg for grilling and a mini fridge for your ice-cold drinks! After a day at the beach or a walk around town relax at the two Adirondack chairs situated in view of our waterfront and cascading, illuminated water fountains. Please note, the grill on this lot is not available for renters and the green egg does require 100% natural lump charcoal.
