Situated on the East side of the resort, this South facing lake front property features a 70’ concrete pad with additional concrete patio space.  Enjoy a view of our waterfront while catching the sounds of one of our luxury cascading water fountains.  Find comfort in two modern Adirondack chairs nestled around a propane firepit for the perfect evening ambiance.  Newly added as of December 2023, a high-end wind shield on firepit.  This setting will surely captivate you as you see a glimpse of the sun setting with its warm orange colors!   This lot is situated on our peninsula in proximity of our flagstone pathway where you can easily walk through the centerpiece gazebo to explore the resort!  This lot is also close walking distance to one of our supreme bathhouses and laundry facilities.  Please note propane for the firepit is sold separately in the Welcome Center.
